🔼 WINter Wonderland. Looking for a third straight BIG EAST win, the Butler men’s hoops team jumped out to an early lead on Friday night at Marquette and held that advantage for much of the night en route to a thrilling 87-76 victory over the Golden Eagles at a raucous Hinkle Fieldhouse.

For a third straight game, Finley Bizjack scored 24+ points, pouring in 28 in the win over Marquette, including four more 3-pointers for the Texas native.

Joining Bizjack in double-figures was Michael Ajayi (17 points, nine rebounds and five assists), along with Drayton Jones (11) and Jamie Kaiser Jr. (11).

🔼 The Running Man. Snow wasn’t the only thing falling this weekend in Indianapolis.

Jesse Hamlin of the Butler track & field squad took down a facility record at the Indiana Farm Bureau Fall Creek Pavilion, winning the mile in a record-setting time of 3:56.72 at the Crossroads of America Invitational.

🔼 Save The Dates. Over the weekend, the Butler football program unveiled their four non-conference games for the 2026 campaign to complete their full slate for next fall.

Three of the four non-conference games will be played at the Bud and Jackie Sellick Bowl on campus.

"I'm excited for the 2026 season. Our schedule is challenging and exciting, and our non-conference games will test us early and prepare us for the battles of PFL play," said Head Coach Kevin Lynch

🔼 Splitting It Up. The Butler women’s tennis squad battled a pair of regional foes this weekend, coming home with a road split after battling past Bradley (4-3) on Saturday and dropping a tough match to Indiana on Friday.

Against Bradley, the Dawgs got on the board first, picking up the doubles point with wins on courts 1 and 3.

In singles, Brooke Arington and Sophie Parr battled their way to early wins before Elle Martin clinched the match at No. 6 singles.
