🔼 Workin’ Overtime. The Butler football squad had to work a little overtime to remain perfect in PFL action this fall.

Three rushing TDs from Reagan Andrew led the ‘Dawgs to the thrilling 21-14 road win to improve to 4-2 overall and 2-0 in conference action.

In the overtime session, Butler got the ball first and Andrew scored from one-yard out to give Butler the 21-14 advantage. Butler's defense then turned the Tommies away on four straight snaps beginning First-And-Goal from the 3.

🔼 No Soup For You. The second shutout of the 2025 season and an offensive outburst led the Butler men’s soccer squad to its first BIG EAST win of the fall.

Aurie Briscoe notched four saves and four different ‘Dawgs found the back of the net as Butler rolled past DePaul on Friday afternoon, 4-0.

Josemir Gomez and Edgar Opsahl scored their first goals of the fall, as they were joined by Luca Raso and Aiden Benitez with tallies in the win.

In the Double Dual format, Butler defeated Bellarmine (166-95) while also matching up against Xavier (93-168), IU Indy (106-187), St. Louis (115.50-117.50), and Bowling Green (54-239).

Sophomore Ava Whittaker was selected as Butler’s "Swimmer of the Meet". Whittaker posted a pair of top-three individual finishes (second in the 50 butterfly and third in the 100 butterfly). Her split of 24.51 in the 200-Free Relay was the fastest on the team.

As part of Butler University's Family Weekend, the Butler hoops programs are hosting an open practice on Saturday, October 11th. The event will begin at 10:30 a.m. with a scheduled conclusion at approximately 12:15 p.m. Both teams will be on display, featuring blue-white scrimmages as a portion of each practice. Fans will also have the opportunity to interact with student-athletes from both teams after the open practice for autographs and photos.

The event is free and open to the public but fans are encouraged to download a ticket to the open practice through the Butler Sports App. Those fans will be eligible for drawings throughout the event for Butler prizes such as tickets and apparel.
