🔼 Battle For Bragging Rights. The 60-mile drive down I-69 sets up the battle for bragging rights as the Butler women’s hoops squad heads to Bloomington to take on the Hoosiers.

The ‘Dawgs are looking for back-to-back in the in-state series after grinding out a 56-46 in Indianapolis last year.

Tip time is set for 7 p.m.

🔼 Poll Position. For a fourth straight week, the Butler men’s cross country squad remained at #14 in the latest edition of the USTFCCCA National Top-25 rankings released on Monday.

The ‘Dawgs are coming off a second-place finish in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional and head to the NCAA Championships this Saturday fully healthy and ready to make some noise.

🔼 Earning The Honor. The emergence of junior guard Finley Bizjack continues and this week, he earned a spot on the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll.

In Butler’s two games last week, Bizjack averaged 20.0 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 5.0 assists per game.

The junior guard connected on nearly 56% of his 3-point attempts, making 10-of-18 for the Bulldogs.  He tallied 22 points and six assists against Chicago State on Nov. 11 and had 18 points, four assists, and three steals at SMU on Nov. 15.

🔼 Senior Salute. The Butler football squad is back at the Sellick Bowl for the first time in three weeks when the ‘Dawgs get set to host Senior Day this Saturday.

Butler will host its annual showdown with Valpo and honor its group of seniors prior to the 1 pm kickoff.
