🔼 The Giving Season. This time of year, you see love and joy spread all the way around.

On Monday, the Butler men’s hoops team enjoyed part of the giving season, sharing the scoring load with seven players in double-figures en route to a dominant 101-52 win over NJIT.

The Michael Ajayi show continued as he picked up his 10th double-double of the season with 15 points and 12 rebounds, including reaching 1,000 career points in the victory.

🔼 Roll Call. Before heading home for the holidays, Butler women’s hoops star Caroline Dotsey made sure to have her name on the nice list.

Dotsey unleashed a season-high 25 points in Butler’s hard-fought 64-58 victory over Xavier last Monday to earn a spot on the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll.

She also added eight rebounds and two assists in the win.

Dotsey and her teammates return to play in a big way next Sunday, December 28 when #1 UCONN rolls into Hinkle Fieldhouse for a matinee showdown. Tip is set for 4 p.m.
