🔼 Double Trouble. The dynamic duo of Anna Wypych and Saniya Jackson combined for 40 points to lead the Butler women’s hoops team to a crucial 71-64 road win at DePaul on Wednesday night.

Jackson notched the second double-double of her career with 19 points and 14 rebounds, while Wypych poured in a career-best 21 points in her third straight double-digit outing.

Mallory Miller continued her balanced season with seven points, seven assists and six rebounds in the victory.

The ‘Dawgs are set to wrap up the regular season when Seton Hall visits Hinkle Fieldhouse on Sunday, March 1st for Senior Day. Tip time is set for 3:30 pm on Peacock.

🔼 Runnin’ Man. For the first time in his career, Butler junior Aedan Rendek earned BIG EAST Men’s Track Athlete of the Week accolades.

Rendek posted a time of 1:51.97 in the 800 meters at the Alex Wilson Invitational hosted by Notre Dame Saturday in South Bend, Ind. His time earned him a fifth-place finish in the event.

This is Rendek's first time earning weekly honors in his career after earning All-BIG EAST honors last season. His recognition this week is the first time a Bulldog has received the weekly honor during the 2025-26 indoor season.

🔼 Springin’ Into Action. Last February, he was wearing a Butler uniform.

Now, he’s playing against future big leaguers. Jack Moroknek was selected in the 11th round of last year’s MLB Amatuer Draft and now he’s getting his first taste of big league spring training with the Washington Nationals.

🔼 All Gas, No Brakes. The Butler track & field squads head to Chicago this weekend with its eyes on the prize at the 2026 BIG EAST Indoor Championships.

The ‘Dawgs are looking to bring home hardware and position themselves for NCAA Indoor Championships next month.
