📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Ticket Punched. The Butler softball team has officially qualified for its sixth-consecutive postseason berth in the BIG EAST Tournament which will be held in Chicago, Ill. The Bulldogs, who are currently 13-8 in conference play and 22-18 overall, will host league-leading Providence for a three-game series this weekend to complete the regular season.

Final seeding for the four qualifiers will be determined after this weekend's competition. The champion will receive the league's automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament.

The BIG EAST Conference and DePaul University will host the double-elimination tournament at the Stadium at Parkway Bank Sports Complex, May 7-9.

🥎 More On The Postseason Berth

🔼 Lid Lifter. The Butler men’s basketball program will officially open the Ronald Nored Era Monday, Nov. 2, hosting Lafayette at Hinkle Fieldhouse.

The tip time and television assignment for the 2026-27 regular season opener against the Leopards will be announced at a later date.

Additional games on Butler's non-conference schedule will be released soon.

🔼 Power Pair. Two Butler women’s lacrosse standouts finished their careers earning accolades with the ‘Dawgs.

This week, Elise Latham and Patricia Lynn were both named to the All-BIG EAST Second Team for the 2026 season.

Latham and Lynn are the fourth and fifth players to be named to the All-BIG East Second Team in program history.

🔼 Welcome To The Fam. Two more fresh faces are joining the Butler women’s hoops sidelines for the 2026-27 season.

This week, Head Coach Maria Marchesano announced the hirings of Quincy Cunningham (assistant coach) and Kendal Muxlow (Director of Operations), both of whom were with Coach Marchesano at IPFW.
