🔼 Eye On The Prize. Tomorrow, it’s showtime for the Butler Track & Field program.

The ‘Dawgs are set to lace ‘em up at the 2026 BIG EAST Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Storrs, Conn. this week.

Thursday will see most of the field athletes in action, while Friday will mostly consist of prelims action on the track. Saturday will be jam-packed with finals throughout the day.

🔼 Partnering Up. Butler Athletics has partnered with HomeTeam Network (HTN) to provide fans the opportunity to experience Bulldog baseball, softball and women's lacrosse games through high-quality streaming.

HTN's installation at three of Butler's athletic venues includes state-of-the-art cameras and production technology. Butler students within the university's College of Communication serve as on-air talent.

In a partnership that began this spring, HTN will broadcast approximately 25 Butler spring events during the 2026 season on Butler's page on HomeTeamLive.com.

🔼 One Last Dance. The Butler Baseball team heads to Queens for its final weekend of the 2026 season when they square off with St. John’s.

Record watch is on full display this weekend as junior Matthew Rhoades is just two HRs away from tying the single-season program record of 21 long balls, currently held by Eric Storey (1999).

First pitch in Queens is set for 3 p.m. on Thursday and 1 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

🤔 BUTLER TRIVIA

Speaking of record watch, Makena Alexander tied a single-season program record herself this spring, launching 14 HRs on the year for ‘Dawgs.
