🔼 Meet The Squad. Four months into her tenure as the head coach of her alma mater, Maria Marchesano is excited about how the squad has come together for her first season at Butler.

Coach Marchesano sat down to introduce ‘Dawgs fans to the team who will be taking the floor for the upcoming 2026-27 season.

🔼 Causing A Buzz. It didn’t take long for Michael Ajayi to show his talents at the next level.

The Butler grad had a strong showing at this year’s NBA Summer League in Las Vegas.

In five games, Ajayi averaged 8.6 ppg, 7.2 rpg, 1.6 apg and 1.2 spg for the Charlotte Hornets.

🔼 Off To The Races. Looking to once again make noise in the BIG EAST and national stages, the Butler cross country squads unveiled its schedules for the upcoming 2026 season.

The ‘Dawgs will hit the course six times before the BIG EAST Championship in late October, which will set the stage for the postseason in November.

👟 The Full 2026 Schedule

Throughout the summer, we will be counting down the days
to the return of Butler Football this fall. The Bulldogs will
host Georgetown College on August 29 at 1 p.m.

Nine times in the past three seasons, the Butler football squad have lit up the scoreboard for 4️⃣0️⃣+ points.

That total includes a program record of six times of 4️⃣0️⃣+ points in 2024 en route to a single-season record average of 35.6 ppg.
