🔼 All Tied Up. The Butler women’s soccer team opened up its home slate for 2026 by earning a point against an in-state foe on Thursday night.
Facing a 1-0 deficit against Ball State late in the game, the Bulldogs responded late in the match, leveling the score in the 81st minute to earn the draw with the Cardinals.
Chloe Brecht tallied her first goal of the season off an assist from Riley Gumm.
🔼 And The Nominees Are... One of Butler Football’s leaders this year was recognized amongst some of the best leaders in the nation this week.
Reagan Andrew, the two-year starter under center for the Bulldogs, was named as Butler’s nominee for the prestigious William V. Campbell Trophy® as the nation's top football scholar-athlete.
The award is presented by the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame.
🔼 On The Grind. With kickoff just over a week away, the Butler Football program continues to grind through summer training camp preparing for the upcoming 2026 campaign.
🏈 COUNTIN’ THE DAYS: 8️⃣ DAYS
Throughout the summer, we will be counting down the days
to the return of Butler Football this fall. The Bulldogs will
host Georgetown College on August 29 at 1 p.m.
Texas native Jayden Norris is back in #8️⃣ for the Bulldogs this upcoming fall.
Norris, a 6-2, 250-pound defensive lineman, is a veteran presence up front for the Butler defensive unit as he enters his fourth year with the program.
In his career, Norris has played in 16 games for the ‘Dawgs, including a career-high 10 last fall. He has 21 career tackles, six of which are tackles for a loss.

Bulldog fans can purchase tickets to football, volleyball, women's soccer and men's soccer contests with games beginning next month at the Sellick Bowl and Hinkle Fieldhouse on the Butler campus.
