🔼 Home Sweet Home. Decades ago, Dorothy tried to tell us all… there’s truly no place like home.

That was true for the Butler women’s soccer program who opened up their 2025 home slate with a dominant 5-1 victory over Illinois State to improve to 2-0 on the season.

Norah Jacomen, Daphne Murray, Léa Larouche, Alyssa Carlson and Talia Sommer all found the back of the net in the victory.

🔼 Slingin’ It. With just over six weeks left in the 2025 Major League Baseball season, former Bulldog Ryan Pepiot is looking to finish strong with the Tampa Bay Rays.

The right-hander has already tied his career high in wins (8) and set career-bests in innings pitched (148.0) and strikeouts (146).

He is looking to become just the second Butler alum ever to throw 150+ innings in a single MLB season when he toes the rubber this weekend against St. Louis.

This week, Butler swimming head coach Maurice Stewart unveiled the 2025-26 slate for the Bulldogs, which includes 11 meets highlighted by the 17th Annual Butler Invitational in January.

⏱️ COUNTDOWN TO KICKOFF: 8️⃣ DAYS

One of several new faces on this year’s Butler football squad will be wideout,
#8️⃣ Nick Munson, who has two years of eligibility left with the ‘Dawgs.

Munson arrived in Indianapolis after three seasons at Ball State, where he played in 26 games for Cardinals, both on the offense and special teams units.

He tallied seven catches over the past two years and also had 13 kickoff returns and five punt returns.

Prior to Ball State, he was an All-State performer at East Noble High in Avilla.
