🏈 COUNTIN’ THE DAYS: 5️⃣ DAYS
Throughout the summer, we will be counting down the days
to the return of Butler Football this fall. The Bulldogs will
host Georgetown College on August 29 at 1 p.m.

Entering his fourth season with the Bulldogs, Jackson Stratton is looking to take another step up on the defensive side of the ball.
The Quincy, Ill., native has played in 24 games over the past three seasons, including all 12 last season for the ‘Dawgs.
From his linebacker position, Stratton led last year’s team in sacks with 7.5.
In his three seasons at Butler, Stratton has racked up 45 tackles, 9.5 TFLs, 8.5 sacks and six QB hurries.
📈 STOCK UP
🔼 Game Week. The wait is over. Game week is finally here again for the Butler Football program.
After months of offseason work and grinding through training camp, the Bulldogs will take the field for the first time in 2026 this Saturday when Georgetown College rolls into the Sellick Bowl for a 1 p.m. showdown.
🔼 Awesome Addison. The Butler women’s team rode a dominant performance from Addison Ash in goal to pick up its first three points of the season with a hard-fought 1-0 road victory over Miami (Ohio) on Sunday night.
Ash was sensational for Butler in goal, recording a career-high 12 saves.
In the 66th minute, Chloe Brecht tallied her second goal of the season off an assist from Sarah Monnin. Brecht's goal proved to be the winner and is the first game-winner of her career.
🔼 Drawing Even. The Butler men’s soccer team followed the defensive mentality as well on Sunday, using a stifling back line to earn a 0-0 draw with visiting Bradley.
The Bulldogs defensive effort limited the Braves to just one shot on goal in the contest.
🔼 Southern Swing. The football program isn’t the only one kicking off their 2026 campaign as the Butler Volleyball is set to head south for their season-opening weekend.
The ‘Dawgs will be competing at the Clemson Invitational in South Carolina, as they are set to take on Western Carolina (Friday), Clemson (Saturday) and Charleston Southern (Sunday) to open the year.
Single-game tickets for Butler's fall sports are on sale NOW!
Bulldog fans can purchase tickets to football, volleyball, women's soccer and men's soccer contests with games beginning next month at the Sellick Bowl and Hinkle Fieldhouse on the Butler campus.
